Night - Anglerfish

Sea devil uses bioluminescence to attract prey. Hunting deep in the sea with plankton flakes floating around.
Or it lights up its lantern so it can see where to fly. Then the starry night sky ceases to be starry and becomes a sight of anglerfish traffic.
