Flannery O'Connor

This illustration of Flannery O'Connor is included in Brooke Hatfield's "Scale Highly Eccentric: A Zine of Portraits of Flannery O'Connor."

Hatfield assembled a gang of 19 artists—including 14 illustrators and 5 writers—to contribute stories and illustrations in modern tribute to one of Georgia's very own. My illustration is a digital collage in O'Connor's likeness—all made up of the various textures that remind me the most of my Southern home.
