Infographic travelling costs

I'm making a visual story about how I got ****** by a travelling company. As a student I can travel for free. However, somehow my travel-card didn't work anymore. I had to pay everything myself. I have the right to claim all my money back, but the company told me I was wrong and could only claim like 20%. They bend their own rules, so I'm making an infographical story, for the world to share. Hopefully I get my money back if this gets enough attention.
