Scenario: 
The user entered the wrong email address to sign in to their account.Challenge: Tell the user to enter the right email.

Design approach:
To counter the error message, I considered the following three ways to respond: (1) be clear and unambiguous, (2) be concise and meaningful, and (3) provide precise directions to the user. I also tried to use positive words so users can encounter a pleasant experience during the sign-in process. For UI design part, I created an email host site named ‘letter’ with cute bluebird + envelope icons.
