Inktober day 31: Umi Jigoku
Umi Jigoku in Beppu, Ōita is a hot spring which name translates to “Sea Hell”. The blue water may resemble the sea, but the water is 98 degrees Celsius.
Oh, and steam is quite hard to paint with inks, is at least I think so.
