07 - Bolt-boy (NPC)⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀ Name: Boblt⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Description: A rare sight if seen, can be found wondering the docks or part of a crew during a voyage at sea. The Animated fish bowl is an asset in travelling via sea. ⠀ ⠀ The origins is from the Mulhorandi pantheon with the alignment to the God Anhur- Granting it the property of thunder,rain & lightning.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Skills: Performance +3 Religion +2 History +2 ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Special abilities: ⠀⠀⠀⠀ • Walk the dog: Creates dog shaped thunder clouds that hovers over a target. On the next round the cloud is able to lets out a sonic bark - Deals 1d4+ Charisma modifier psychic damage and the target is knocked prone.⠀ ⠀⠀ • Static tantrum: Lets out a cry, showering miniature lightning bolts in a cube radius that spans 20 feet of itself. Deals 2d4 per target in the cube.⠀
