Daily UI Challenge Day 001 Sign Up

Prompt:

Create a sign up page, modal, form, or app screen related to signing up for something. It could be for a volunteer event, contest registration, a giveaway, or anything you can image.

I’ve started the Daily UI challenge, I wanted to try a UI design challenge and found this one online and it’s quite interesting.

For this design particularly, I went for this gradient blob style in which once developed the blobs will animated on tap, in sort of a slimy appearance.
