Designed Android and iOS user flows for the telehealth/virtual care section of the MyCigna app. I worked with a team of Android and iOS developers, systems analysts, user researchers and business stakeholders to collaborate and test the user flows for sections such as Login, Dashboard, Get Started, Reason for Visit, Medical History, and Provider Details.
