MLB stars from sketch to Pixel Art

As a base for my 8bit baseball stars I started with a Martin Perez, venezuelan pitcher for the Texas Rangers. Of course some must-have Rangers are Beltre, Yu, Cruz and Josh, but I found Pérez the easiest to start with.
