Case study: YULU

Today’s case study is on YULU, a startup built on a philosophy to make urban mobility SEAMLESS, SHARABLE and SUSTAINABLE.

(PLEASE NOTE: The case study is totally based on my opinion).

3 ways to improve the UI/UX elements:

1. I have created a new scheme of the placement of the elements to accomplish a more informative and navigational functions. FOCUS AREA: Accessibility and simplicity.

2. More product variations in the future. FOCUS AREA: What if they introduce a new segment in their product list (e-scooty).

3.  I decided to add an element for promo code (instead of security deposit section) for referral marketing program. Assumption: A user will check out the MMVs ride cost first (where he is updated with the security deposit which is refundable). FOCUS AREA: Triggering customer acquisition with referral programs.
