Last year we worked in re-thinking and re-designing whole Supervielle loan mortgage flow. @martinpignataro and I put focus in how people feel about asking for a credit in order to have their own home. We do not only worked in a client-user flow, but also we considered brokers job so we could improve their experience and daily work replacing their physical folder of contacts and loan numbers so that they could have everything online.
