A better arrangement.

Do has a very different structure than most companies. "PMs" are distributed throughout the company and they spend most of their time doing, not managing. This diagram shows our company from the perspective of a product designer, but each person should feel empowered to see themselves at the center of our work – developers, designers, even business bros all play key roles in how we build products.
