Lord of the Rings: Sam

SAM. Samwise Gamgee, Frodo's loyal and protective best friend who was instrumental in the destruction of the ring. A slightly underrated character, as he wasnt just the "sidekick" but a hero in his own right.

He's the next Lord of the Rings character to be illustrated in my new LOTR series! I always found similarities between Sam Gamgee and Ron Weasley - anyone else feel like that too?

Also, not too long ago my family and I visited Hobbiton for a day trip and I'd recommend if you're interested in LOTR or you'd just generally enjoy a pleasant countryside excursion wandering around a little village!
