Monthly Coaching Report (Email)

We've had requests from customer for months for Xvoyant to send out monthly automated emails reports on how coaching is going. This design is aimed at scaling down metrics to bring more focus to coaching specific trends, give a month over month progress, and stack rank teams based off of coachability.
