🐵 Yes! We humans are from the same family as monkeys. The last another illustration from a series of monkeys I designed for CosmoCaixa, the Science Museum of Barcelona.
Turns out gorillas are very different from orangutans, lemurs, and chimpanzees! I had to draw their most recognizable features so that any visitor could tell the difference between them. ⠀

But! There were technical constraints: they had to be drawn with very few lines and open shapes (stencil) so that they could be cut on steel. This was a synthesis challenge that I truly enjoyed!
