The Raconteurs 2019 Stage AE concert poster!

A few of my final poster design variations, for their Pittsburgh Concert on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. See the full poster and about 21 color variations on Behance.

Inspired by The Raconteurs Help Us Stranger Album – both in design and in lyrics. Originally I had a little different idea with this, but after they released HUS, I was listening to "Shine The Light On Me" and I immediately saw this image of the giant Walk-Sign-Robot-Creature-Thing opening up its soul to the four gents searching for their Stranger. I had to pull over into an empty lot and sketch it out before I forgot (if anyone remembers from my previous posts). 😁

I tried out a different brush on this one for the line-work as well as the shading, not sure if I'm a fan, but it was good to test it out

Within my illustrations, I like to have 'call-backs/easter-eggs' to other previous ones – my own personal Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Swipe through to the end to see some of the Eggs!
