Project Management - Kanban View

Pipeline is an implementation of the kanban process applied to project management of a large organization.

In this view.

1/ As assessment ticket is made and uploaded to pipeline,

2/ Once the PM is happy with the ticket he moves it to the assignment section. Here its allotted a number, dept and a person.

3/ Short bullets are made about the ticket and a mini- live view is seen.

4/ At the end of its life cycle the ticket moves to the result phase.

This screen is meant as an overview . Further details are available to each individual ticket should the PM want to investigate.

The pipeline makes it easy for the user to keep track of multiple tasks on its various stages in one screen.
