UGLAS magazine front page
Brief: I designed the front cover for an issue of the UGLAS magazine published by my local cultural association. It is an independent magazine entirely conceived, developed, financed and published by this association. The failed Dalmatinka factory was the main topic of this magazine issue. Unfortunately, this magazine issue never saw the light of day… just like the factory never got to see a brighter future…
Interesting info: Dalmatinka used to be one of the largest thread factories in Eastern Europe. It was built in 1951 in the then Yugoslavia. President Tito once visited Dalmatinka, the factory that provided jobs for 3000 workers, 80% of whom were women, almost the entire population of the town of Sinj.
