Manage users dashboard

I work on Stack Overflow’s Private Q&A products. One way it's different from public Q&A is that folks have to manage their own teams.

This screen is one of many that allow admins to do just that. From here, an admin has an overview of who's in their team and what they can do.

I've also included my dev notes to show my process a bit more.
