CBRE Website Migration

When I first joined in 2014, each one of CBRE's corporate website ran on it's own CMS; mostly SharePoint 2010. My first migration project was the CBRE Taiwan corporate website. I oversaw and executed the platform upgrade from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 and trained on-site staff to maintain the website.

In 2016 CBRE decided to unify and modernize all corporate websites onto a single platform: Sitecore. For the Asia Pacific region, I was responsible for the migration and delivery of 9 multi-lingual websites from SharePoint 2010 to Sitecore using Telerik Kendo UI. I was responsible for location specific development and design implementations for the Australia and New Zealand websites. In addition to technical and visual upgrades, we worked together with local industry experts to optimize the website's content.
