Vintage Sixty Six

"A retro-chic line extension of Alex And Ani, Vintage Sixty Six pieces draw inspiration from the age of youth that grew from the revolutionary ideas of the sixties."

The brand extension was in need of its own identity when I made this logo. I captured both a peace sign and both sixes in the mark and found just about the perfect typeface. 1966 was the year that the CEO/owner of Alex And Ani's father opened his jewelry company - the namesake for the V66 collection. The typeface that I used is called Harry - released in 1966 and named after the designers father. Can you dig it?
