Research Methods for "Sarı Sayfalar" Project
We used the service blueprint, persona and customer journey map techniques for our "Sarı Sayfalar" project within the scope of the Service Design course at METU.
For better understanding, the project is about producing solutions for "weakness in the relationship between students and firms in technopolis" which share the same campus.
