Checkout Welcome Page

I'm redesigning Top Hat's student checkout. This page welcomes the student to the course and tells them what the course requires them to purchase. From here, the student can either check out with their credit card or redeem access keys purchased at the bookstore. No pricing is shown on this page due to pricing discrepancies between us and the book store, which are out of our control and currently lead to a lot of support tickets. It's designed in a way to minimize this because ideally students who purchased at the bookstore will not go through the credit card flow, where our prices are listed.
