Mawoo the Whale of the West

This illustration is inspired by a friend I met at uni when he was studying abroad for one semester. Unlike most of my other friends, he's quite different. Quiet and calming, but with a nice sense of humour. We spent a lot of time surfing together, bobbing away while talking and joking about girls and his favourite animal was a whale. And just like a whale migrating, sadly he was only passing by, and in the end he had to journey back to the west
