Red >to>Green apple Photoshop Adjustment

While Photoshop Adjustment pannel can change hue of a image/object. Overlay function in layer can really create unimaginable stuff. Here I started treatment of a red apple then to a black and white with overlay of scattering brush giving it a zombie out of world looks like a cancer Apple.
