New Assignment Submissions Flow

Moving in a more visual direction for the assignments screen. I want to give the teaching staff a face to put to the assignment. As online learning and teaching can be rather isolating I think this is one step towards helping to alleviate that problem.

The first screen is the assignments (submissions) page, the other two are versions of a pane that flies in the from right when clicking on a student to grade. The first is a downloadable assignment, the second a discussion post.
