Leon & Friends e.V. is a non-profit association from Austria. It was founded in 2018 by my cousin Florian and his wife Sandra, when their two year old son Leon was diagnosed with the Syngap syndrome, an extremely rare and incurable genetic disorder. Its symptoms include severe mental impairment, epilepsy, autism, severe sleep impairment, muscular hypertonia and earning disabilities. The association now collects donations to fund research projects in hope of finding treatment methods for Leon and other affected people. If you want to support us, please consider donating.
