UI Study #1 - Condo App dashboard

Hello! My current place has its own app for residents, stumbled upon it a few months ago and by God, it's janky and weird. I cleaned the dashboard up a little, nothing drastic, not even a complete overhaul, just made it easy on the eyes (hopefully!). I've been curious about UI/UX design for quite a while now and I've decided to dabble on it. Comments and suggestions are absolutely welcomed!
