As part of a recent qualification in User Experience, students were tasked with setting themselves a full case study project.

Identify a usability problem or needed product and justify it with research and insights. Followed by identifying user personas, required features, wireframing and designing the UI.

Managing our social calendars isn’t always easy. We’re making plans across many chats and group chats - great! But we’re relying on memory or jumping between calendar apps, and sometimes we forget what’s up.

The solution: A new “Events” feature in WhatsApp chat, sent and received like an attachment. Create, accept and track updates to events and receive reminders, all in the same environment.
