Interaction Design Reminder Machine Learning

This is the concept of machine learning when i put it into behavior of human in sport activity, when human used iwatch / smartwatch which record the heart beat usually in sport activity and non sport activity the device would be detect what human do on that day is match or not with the scheedule behavior of the user, in this case user usually do running activity every friday at 4:00 PM, so the device will remind when there are no sport activity detect through the user heart beat just like in the past.
