D-Day - Ernie Pyle

In honor of the recent 75th anniversary I want to share a few more spreads from my recently published book, D-Day. This spread features Ernie Pyle (bottom left), an American war correspondent who traveled alongside infinitely through France on D-Day. This was both one of my favorite and most challenging scenes to illustrate in the book because of the perspective, action, and mood.
