This icon I doodled in the margins of my notes while at a design talk recently. In it the speaker mentioned how we need to have each other's backs and stand up for our principles. This figure is gesturing to someone and telling them something. It's generic enough to be used with all sorts of situations, but in my use he's saying, "Don't worry, I've got your back".
