Ayurvedic Tip: Moon Salutations

I'm creating daily illustrations to be paired with a health tip for RUVED Inc's social network accounts. The goal, for me, is to do one in 30 mins or less.

Ayurvedic Tip of the Day: Yoga for summer! Many people have heard of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). This series of asanas (yoga poses) is excellent for promoting flexibility and metabolism. With the slight modification of a few poses, you can perform “Moon Salutations” – a more cooling and balancing series that may be ideal for maintaining flexibility and strength in the summer heat.
