This is a loading screen animation.
An entry for the UpLabs theme of "loading states."
Repurposed some of the elements from my debut post.
I'm glad it turned out nicer than I imagined.

This took me about 2 hours to do.
And also a few YouTube Ae tutorials. Haha.
Attached are the Ae file and videos used (lower quality to fit the upload size). The image files are missing since they are too large for the upload.
