Bottom navigation and empty state iteration

On these screens I've been iterating on how a bottom navigation could work for our users.

What do they see when its their first time in the application? How about the second or the third time after some usage?
Can they find and understand our main call to action?

These were some of the questions in my head when I've designed these screens. Of course this is just the tip of the iceberg what I'm showing here, but hey! At least some cool UI stuff right!?
