An application to help you reduce stress.

The goal for this application is to consciously reduce stress. The app 'listens to' and collects words that highly correlate to stress from your personal chats or mails. Whenever you feel stressed, you can open the app, explore and swipe away potential reasons for your stress. This leads to a conscious relaxation. Further you may select and/or add activities related to positive emotions to be reminded.

The screens are part of a project from my class 'Interface Aesthetics' at UC Berkeley. The colorscheme, with its calm blue and pastels was consciously selected to reduce stress and create calmness. The organic shapes that are intended to float (especially during swiping) remind of organic movements of ocean or wind. The swiping gesture is supposed to evoke the association of letting go of something, e.g. feelings.
