B for Bruxism
The B is for Bruxism! 😬 It doesn’t seem very serious but grinding your teeth (usually due to stress and anxiety) can cause jaw, neck, head, and back pain, and in the long run damage your teeth!
Most people are not aware of this since it’s usually an unconscious action.

What you can do > this can take years and a huge effort on your side but try to be conscious of when you are clenching your teeth during the day and try to relax your mouth. Practice activities that will help you de-stress and reduce your anxiety. If you wake up with headaches you’re probably doing it while you sleep so talk to your dentist so that he can help out!
