Remember Your Greens - Veganotes

One of the benefits of being vegan is that you are somehow "pushed" to add greens to your meals, which is so awesome. I developed a special attachment to spinach - fresh or cooked. My greens are present in my plate even now, and my body is thanking me for that.
I created this piece while I was on holiday in Chamonix where it was actually a little difficult to find vegan options but nonetheless a very beautiful place for mountaineering.
