Foi criada uma coleção chamda Liquidpedia com livros de A a Z, ficando encarregue da letra S escolhi Sugar como tema, relevando o quanto as industrias relacionadas com o negocio do açúcar desperdiçam água potável, tanto para a agricultura da cana de açúcar como a produção de gomas.

This book is part of a project by the IPCA, with the aim of saving the little potable water that exists on our planet earth. A collection called Liquidpedia was created with books from A to Z, being in charge of the letter S chose Sugar as a theme, highlighting how industries related to the sugar business waste potable water, both for sugarcane farming and the production of Gums.
