Wishlist rewards

As Director of Product, I lead the design and development of enterprise employee rewards and recognition software. I had the rare opportunity to own the product lifecycle including developing the roadmap, designing + prototyping, and managing a team of remote developers.

I built a new marketing site, redesigned the client portal, designed a travel rewards program, and integrated ticketing and hotel API partners, among other things.
