Unsettled came to me after struggling with a website migration and redesign which had gone over time and budget. I was contracted as a consultant to help them understand their needs and later become the project lead.

We identified a need to develop a scalable CMS, communicate retreat details more clearly, and increase conversions through clear CTA's and a well-defined application process.

Results of the redesign:
- Decreased bounce rate 95.03% from 55.43% to 2.76%
- Average page visits per session increased 139.18% from 1.97 pages to 4.72 pages
- Unique page views of the application page increased by 592%
