One Aspect of Wellness!

The month of March (which ends today) was "National Nutrition Month". I wanted to make some illustrations to tell you about a council that a nutritionist gave us in an interview we did a week ago. Unfortunately the month is over but to find out about these things we are always on time.

I want to tell you about ✅✅🚫 "The 7 Aspects of Personal Well-Being" 🚫✔✔
When I read about them, it changed my life completely, that's why I felt the motivation to make it visual.

The first thing I want to talk to you about is 🔅 "The Spiritual Aspect" 🔅
Spirituality is very important because it gives meaning to our existence and gives us purpose. Spirituality gives you peace, gives you tranquility, hope and also helps you balance your life.

To have a full life you must have all 7 aspects balanced. If you feel you are missing this part, you can:
✔ • Give yourself more time to be with yourself.
✔ • Volunteering.
✔ • Help someone.
✔ • Meditate at least 30 minutes a day.
✔ • Practice #Mindfulness.
✔ • Attend the church of your choice. .
Many people (mainly famous people) always talk about having everything but feel that something is missing. There are many stories of people "with everything" who find that something in some religion for the reasons we talked about earlier. If you feel that something is missing in your life this may be it!
