Apartment Rental Wordpress Theme

We were tasked with designing a custom Wordpress theme for the multifamily apartment industry. The client was looking for a clean, modern Miami vibe. Using vibrant colors, gradients, and subtle textures, this design provides something unique for a younger demographic. This theme had many requirements in order to make it appropriate for property owners to showcase high end multifamily rental properties to prospective tenants in choice markets. The theme can easily be altered with different fonts, colors, and textures to make it fit multiple types of rental markets, from the NW to Miami.
