Filtering Overlay

This is a mobile banking app I'm having fun working on. In this screen we're looking at where we're spending our money at. We're filtering it by the Eating Out and Bar/Drink categories, and limiting the results to transactions that were less $25 or less.

Any feedback, positive or negative would be greatly appreciated.
