Sometimes being a team leader or manager is not as good as what people think, indeed. if you look at a glance it looks good when you become a manager, the job looks like a little but has an exorbitant salary. But actually, when becoming a leader or manager it is required to be able to run the wheel of a company and organize the team member who is in our responsibility. More than just giving a task, but we also need to be able to provide direction where the team must go forward and become a shield when the member team makes a mistake. Being a manager is not just governing, but we must be able to give more value to our team members, such as giving them facilities to increase their knowledge, so that there is an opportunity for them to develop themselves. One of them is by providing training facilities.

With the rapid development of technology, various media training / online courses are now very mushrooming. This makes it very easy for us to learn new things. From this, it encouraged me to create a design dashboard interface to manage the training course in a company. So that for a manager/team leader it will be easy to see every progress carried out by the team members. (progress of self-development of each employee) I understand design solution is not as easy as frying instant noodles, all the decision is needed process.
