House of the National Assembly

The second architectural masterpiece that I choose to animate is The House of the National Assembly in Belgrade. Construction of this magnificent building began on 27. August 1907, when the building's cornerstone was laid in the presence of Peter I of Serbia. The building is designed in neo-baroque style. Its interior, completed in 1938, was designed by Russian architect Nikolai Krasnov.

I always looked at this beautiful piece of architecture with amazement and pride, because just like my country this building stands in a test of time, reminding me time and time again just how strong and beautiful it is.
