Urban - Loading

User research and data is the core of the decision making the process at Urban and one of the problems they found out was the long waiting time to load the therapist list - which obviously caused frustration on the user side. So while the development team was looking into making it work faster, we came up with a custom and dynamic loading screen which would change depending on the location and time of the day. It hasn't been too long since it was released, but we've seen a decrease in the dropoff rate, which shows us once again why small details matter.
