Accessible Palette Contrast Grid

Inspired by the Contrast Grid from Eight Shapes (http://contrast-grid.eightshapes.com), I'm considering how design tools could incorporate optional accessibility features—color palette contrast being one of them.

Optional accessibility features built into our tools could help inform our decisions at the point of creation, rather than relying on plugins (which there are many good ones) or checks further downstream.
