About Bidroom

Bidroom.com is a travel community where you can find the lowest prices on hotels and share your experiences, good and bad, with the rest of the community whilst getting hints and tips on where to go on your next adventure.

Founded with the mission to make the hotel industry fair for both travellers and hotels, Bidroom is the first membership-based marketplace for travel lovers. Hotels get bookings with no commission, and instead, they offer discounts and added perks to members.

How we helped

We have analyzed what has been done so far and:

- we improved the low-fi mockups

- conducted user tests

- pricing research

- competitive comparison

Based on the analysis and meetings with the client, we designed finished screens with many functionalities that were not present in the basic prototypes.

We adapted the service to all platforms and screens with all functionalities, including mobile.
