Working on a new identity for a family friend who is starting a new salon in Naples, FL. The mark is based off of two shears overlapping, forming a subtle ampersand and S, while the cross bars in the circle represent hair. Went through a variety of different versions of this, but ultimately they were sold on this one.

Have any of you seen anything similar as a mark? I get nervous when I feel like something has been done before.
